More About Me

We LOVE Being YOUR Realtors

Hello! What a blessing to be able to work side by side with your spouse and Soulmate every day! Steve, my husband, has been a licensed realtor with Windermere North for 27 years.  Seven years ago I became a licensed realtor and we are having the time of our lives working together. Whether you're wanting to sell your home or buy a home, we pride ourselves in giving you 200%! It is important when selling that you know exactly what your realtor can and will provide for you. We hire a professional photographer at OUR expense to take pictures of your home inside and out. Our photographer also has drone capability which has enhanced many of our listings. We market extensively online and in numerous publications, again all at OUR expense. We hold broker open houses as well as public open houses. Even with all the modern technology, we still feel it is important to give that "human" touch. I personally put together every virtual tour, each one individually capturing what YOU, the seller, LOVE about YOUR home. 37 years of being on television, I'm pretty good with that picture, video, writing thing!!!

We were both born and raised in Spokane and know the area very, very well. Steve and I have been blessed with four children, Marshall 31, Mitchell 29, Makenzie 27, and Taylor 25!! Patiently waiting for grandchildren! We have our animals too. Two retired Thoroughbred gelding race horses. Easy Going Cecil is now 15 years old and Jack The Pirate is 10 years old.  We love being able to give them a place to live, knowing they're safe after coming off the race track.  We have 2 one    year old cats named Keeks & Mister Thomas. They are the love of our lifes; we've had them since they were five weeks old!!! Being raised on a farm myself, we love our animals.  With everything Steve and I do, we give absolutely ALL the glory to God, as do our children. We would love the chance to help you fulfill your dream in selling or buying a home. Here is hoping 2020 brings you love, laughter, and happiness!

Most Sincerely,

Steve and Shelly
