Hello! What a blessing to be able to work side by side with your spouse and business partner every day! Steve, my husband, has been a licensed realtor with Windermere North for 31 years. Ten years ago I became a licensed realtor and we are having the time of our lives working together. Whether you're wanting to sell your home or buy a home, we pride ourselves in giving you 200%! It is important when selling that you know exactly what your realtor can and will provide for you. We hire a professional photographer at our expense to take pictures of your home inside and out. Our photographer also has drone capability which has enhanced many of our listings. We market extensively online and in numerous publications, again all at our expense. We hold broker open houses as well as public open houses. Even with all the modern technology, we still feel it is important to give that "human" touch. I personally put together every virtual tour, each one individually capturing what YOU, the seller, loves about your home. We promise to make your selling or buying experience as stress free as possible. Remember stressed spelled backward is "desserts"!!!

We were both born and raised in Spokane and know the area very, very well. Steve and I have been blessed with four children, Marshall 35, Mitchell 33,  Makenzie 31, and Taylor 29!!  Taylor and her husband Shane gave us our first grandchild this past year....Miss Linley Lane and we are beyond blessed with God allowing us to be grandparents! We have our animals too. Two retired Thoroughbred gelding race horses. Colour Me Happy who is 11 years old and Gandolfini who is 4 years old. We love being able to give them a place to live, knowing they're safe after coming off the race track. We have a six year old rescue kitten named Keeks. She was one pound, two ounces when we rescued her from behind a dumpster. The other two loves in our life, our two full blooded sister Golden Retrievers. Mookie is 3 years old and Willie Girl is a year and a half! Mookie is named after Mookie Betts with the Dodgers and Willie is named after Will Smith with the Dodgers!!!! Yes we are HUGE Dodger fans!!! I'm pretty sure our two dogs are in first place in my husband's heart and I'm a close second!!!!!!! After all dog spelled backward is God!

Speaking of, with everything Steve and I do, we give absolutely ALL the glory to God, as do our children. We devote EVERY day of our lives to our Heavenly Father and know the only path in life is through Christ.
